I know I've banged this drum before, but the Timeless Child makes all the various histories potentially canon. There's absolutely no reason the kid in the Division's interview room couldn't be the Other.
Or not. He might fit somewhere else, he might fall between the Fugitive Doctor and the first.
I don't think he does, I'm pretty sure he's the kid in the office.
And as for the Valeyard? Well there numbering system is so mucked up at this point that he could turn up anywhere, even the past. Maybe he's the original 12th Doctor.

Speaking of the end days... Ness just messaged to say he was about to send the last few Infinities over. I was really not prepared for that. Getting art has never stopped being a buzz and the idea that there's only a few left to come hit hard.
