IN PRINT - INFINITIES 19

Ah Sutekh.

I'd almost forgotten that had happened. For many reasons. The foremost of which is that he looks downright constrained once you've seen the Demon Ghost of Omega emerge from Gallifreyan Hell.

I remain angry that remains a sentence.

Sutekh being part of the TARDIS only works if it happened recently. There's no way he went unnoticed through any of the Time Wars. Or when the 10th gave the Meta Doctor a piece of TARDIS coral. Or when the 7th Doctor lost his TARDIS in a tar pit and hijacked a dead version of his's TARDIS.. Or when the 8th Doctor lost his TARDIS and briefly travelled with a sentient TARDIS.

I could go on. It's not hard to pluck instances of why this wouldn't work out of 60 years worth of Continuity.

This is the last time we'll see a version of the Doctor commenting on the TV series. That wasn't meant to be a judgement on what came next, but I'm not overly upset by finishing here.

Though as I say that the idea of two Omegas (Three Doctors and 'Arc of Infinity') walking a the bestial form of Omega tickles me. I'll leave that idea for Jim and Ness.

The next two strips will be tying up the Infinites story within the strip. The moment is hurling towards us at tremendous speed now. And given that we know the Moment resembles Billie Piper that feels strangely appropriate.
