It boggles my mind that it's been ten years since we brought you Paradox Now. Heart 2 Hearts came out of Jim's desire to do something for the 60th and to somehow link it to Paradox Now. So we've taken the idea of past and future meeting and making it into a 70s cop show type affair. I can't take credit for the title; that's all Jim and once he suggested it, well I just had to use it. It was too good not to.
Jim has also been working on a bunch of videos to celebrate the show's (and to an extent ours as well) history. Hopefully you've seen a few of them by now. They've provided me with several big laughs over the last few weeks. Something that we in the PrintVerse have been sorely in need of.
So new Who tonight. I can't tell you how excited I am to have it back on a Saturday night. On a purely selfish level it means that I can watch it live with my girls, something that rarely worked out when it went out on a Sunday. And that's before you even factor in that the Glasgow Doctor Who Society usually meet on a Sunday.
Confession time: I've yet to get round to reading The Star Beast. I'll go and sit in the corner and wait for Jim to come and beat me with his cricket bat...
