IN PRINT GUEST PRINT - Cyber Paul
A guest strip from Paul Salvi today. Long time readers will recognise Paul as a regular guest artist over the years, in fact he did the very first Guest Print. He's done a few others as well and was kind enough to do today's strip on very short notice. When I first encountered Paul he was drawing a comic called Living with Insanity and went on to draw The Line after his stint on that was finished. He's also contributed to the now wrapped up Gutters. Sadly he's not been drawing much recently (which makes me extra grateful for today's strip), hopefully he finds time and motivation to get back to a regular strip soon. Hell, I know I've got an idea for a multiple Master strip that needs an artist....
Oh and anyone wondering why the Special Weapons Dalek is referred to as Derek should read this.
Ness is back with the Infinites week, see you all then.

THE INFINITES Strip 15
The next set of Infinites strips will give you guys our particular take on what really happened when the Great Intelligence entered the Doctor's Time Stream, because I'm not utterly convinced that all he did was stand around and glare with his arms folded. There was a chance to do real damage and what better way to disrupt the entire Time Stream than by ensuring that the very first regeneration never happened? It's not as if the 1st Doctor could have put up much of a fight at this particular point. This is, in my opinion, the most fragile point in the whole of Whovian history.

So, where next?

THE INFINITES Strip 14
I have to confess I've been looking forward to this one. Ness Emailed me a while back asking if he could draw some different Whovian monsters in the strip and that suggestion kind of meshed with an idea I'd had to show the Infinite Doctor's pasts. Of course the fact that I'd been watching Blackadder at the time probably helped influence the decision...
How could I show Rowan Atkinson at different points of history without referencing Blackadder? It just wouldn't have been feasible. Of course poor Nesshead hadn't much experience of Blackadder, but luckily his friend, Alex Monreal Jr, stepped in with 4 series worth of episodes. I take great pleasure in the fact that Nesshead is now a genuine fan of the Series.
Any wondering where the unusual TARDIS design came from? That's from the 'Back and Forth' Special. Pretty cool isn't it?
Anyway, sorry we were so late today, but as you can see I gave Ness quite a bit to draw. See you all early next week. Jim's buffer is back, so it'll be pretty prompt.
