Jim here, sorry I'm late (again) with the strip this week... Been lots going on, Alasdair and his partner had a little girl last week, so congratulations to them! I went to Cardiff to visit the Doctor Who Experience before it closed its doors for the last time. Very sad to see it go, but hopefully it will get relocated before too long.
Anyway, It looks like Seven is reading some of the finer details from The Dying Days by Lance Parkin...
